Honey roasted pecans add crunch and sweetness to offset the creamy blue cheese. All of which is smothered in a raspberry and black walnut vinaigrette dressing!

 4 oz english cucumber, sliced
 4 oz cherry tomatoes
 2 cups lettuce, chopped
 1 bell pepper,, chopped
 1 cup baby spinach, chopped
 0.50 cup reduced fat blue cheese
 6 tbsp honey
 6 tbsp raspberry black walnut vinaigrette

Mix lettuce, tomatoes, bell pepper, cucumber and spinach together.

Keep chilled, sprinkle with blue cheese and pecans.
Last add the dressing
