 1 tsp water
 1 tsp white vinegar
 1 tbsp mayonaise
 1 pinch sugar

Mayonnaise is preferred. If you do not have mayonnaise you can use heavy cream but I would only use this as an ingredient for a larger recipe.

You can substitute the white wine vinegar for half white wine half vinegar.

For Chinese Mustard for dipping, drizzle a little sesame oil into the Dijon Mustard & mix well.
