Need Djion mustard for a recipe? This delightful substitute recipe saved me!

Yields1 Serving
Prep Time2 mins

 1 tbsp dry mustard powwder
 1 tsp water
 1 tsp white vinegar
 1 tbsp mayonaise
 1 pinch sugar

1

Mayonnaise is preferred. If you do not have mayonnaise you can use heavy cream but I would only use this as an ingredient for a larger recipe.

2

You can substitute the white wine vinegar for half white wine half vinegar.

3

For Chinese Mustard for dipping, drizzle a little sesame oil into the Dijon Mustard & mix well.
