  • 4 oz english cucumber, sliced
  • 4 oz cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper,, chopped
  • 1 cup baby spinach, chopped
  • 0.5 cup reduced fat blue cheese
  • 6 tbsp honey
  • 6 tbsp raspberry black walnut vinaigrette
