- 4 oz english cucumber, sliced
- 4 oz cherry tomatoes
- 2 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1 bell pepper,, chopped
- 1 cup baby spinach, chopped
- 0.5 cup reduced fat blue cheese
- 6 tbsp honey
- 6 tbsp raspberry black walnut vinaigrette
