Angus Beef Hotdog

 6 fresh hotdog buns
 5 angus beef sausages
 0.50 cup cheese, grated
 1 tomato sauce/ketchup
 1 yellow mustard
 1 tsp butter

Grill Franks


Lightly butter the buns


Add layer of Cheese, Tomato Ketchup and Mustard before adding the frank


Close bun around frank and leave for a minute to warm butter sauce and cheese.


Alternatively you could warm buns briefly in the microwave. This is helpful to make day old buns feel fresh again.


Applying butter sauce and cheese at bun level helps moisten and soften the bun


Using a zig-zag pattern spreads the sauce and mustard more evenly
