Discover our Dijon Mustard Substitute, a lifesaver when you're in need of Dijon mustard for a recipe but find yourself short on supply. This flavorful and delightful alternative is crafted from simple ingredients yet delivers a taste that's strikingly similar to the original.
Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp dry mustard powwder
  • 1 tsp water
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp mayonaise
  • 1 pinch sugar
Instructions
  1. Mayonnaise is preferred. If you do not have mayonnaise you can use heavy cream but I would only use this as an ingredient for a larger recipe.
  2. You can substitute the white wine vinegar for half white wine half vinegar.
  3. For Chinese Mustard for dipping, drizzle a little sesame oil into the Dijon Mustard & mix well.
