Macadamia White Choc Chip Cookies

- 7.25 oz white chocolate chips
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs, large
- 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cup white flour
- 0.5 tsp baking soda
- 0.75 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
- Cream butter and sugars.
- Add vanilla and eggs and beat well.
- Mix in flour, baking soda and salt.
- Last add white chocolate chips and nuts.
- Roll into balls and space evenly onto greased or non stick cooking tray.
- Bake for 12 minutes.
