Angus Beef Hot Dog

- 6 fresh hotdog buns
- 5 angus beef sausages
- 0.5 cup cheese, grated
- 1 tomato sauce/ketchup
- 1 yellow mustard
- 1 tsp butter
- Grill Franks
- Lightly butter the buns
- Add layer of Cheese, Tomato Ketchup and Mustard before adding the frank
- Close bun around frank and leave for a minute to warm butter sauce and cheese.
Notes
- Alternatively you could warm buns briefly in the microwave. This is helpful to make day old buns feel fresh again.
- Applying butter sauce and cheese at bun level helps moisten and soften the bun
- Using a zig-zag pattern spreads the sauce and mustard more evenly
