Angus Beef Hot Dog

Delight in our Angus Beef Hot Dog, featuring a few simple tricks that elevate this classic treat to a whole new level of flavor. Indulge in the mouthwatering combination of savory butter, tangy mustard, and melty cheese, creating an irresistible and satisfying hot dog experience you won’t forget.

  • 6 fresh hotdog buns
  • 5 angus beef sausages
  • 0.5 cup cheese, grated
  • 1 tomato sauce/ketchup
  • 1 yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp butter
  1. Grill Franks
  2. Lightly butter the buns
  3. Add layer of Cheese, Tomato Ketchup and Mustard before adding the frank
  4. Close bun around frank and leave for a minute to warm butter sauce and cheese.

Notes

  1. Alternatively you could warm buns briefly in the microwave. This is helpful to make day old buns feel fresh again.
  2. Applying butter sauce and cheese at bun level helps moisten and soften the bun
  3. Using a zig-zag pattern spreads the sauce and mustard more evenly
