Ingredients
    Biscuit
  • 200 g butter
  • 75 g sugar
  • 175 g flour
  • 25 g cocoa
  • 50 g cornflakes
  • Icing
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp boiling water
  • 50 g finely grated chocolate
  • 225 g icing sugar
Instructions
    Cookie
  1. Cut butter into cubes and let soften at room temperature. Mix butter and sugar, beat to a cream.
  2. Once combined mix in flour and cocoa
  3. With a spoon stir the cornflakes into mix
  4. Put raised spoonfuls on a baking paper lined tray
  5. Bake at 180'C (350'F) for 15 minutes
  6. Let biscuits cool before trying to move or apply icing.
  7. Icing
  8. Dissolve chocolate with water and add to butter
  9. Stir in sifted icing sugar and vanilla
  10. Apply to cooled cookies
