Indulge in our mouth-watering Beef Fried Rice, a delectable fusion of tender beef strips, fluffy rice, and crunchy vegetables, all brought together in a savory soy sauce. This easy-to-prepare, one-pan wonder makes for a perfect weeknight dinner that will leave your taste buds craving more. Packed with protein and full of flavor, our Beef Fried Rice recipe is sure to become a family favorite.
Ingredients
  • 1 lb Beef strips
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce, divided
  • 2 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 2 cup cooked rice
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 medium capsicum, diced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil, divided
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional
  • Sesame seeds
  • Chives
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine beef strips, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. In a large pan or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the beaten eggs and scramble until cooked. Transfer the scrambled eggs to a plate and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil and stir-fry the marinated beef strips until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  4. Add onions and capsicum to the pan, and sauté until tender. Sautéing is to fry food in a small amount of fat, stirring occasionally for even cooking throughout. If meat releases moisture you can pour some out. Do not over-crowd the pan, split meat into batches.
  5. Add the cooked rice, scrambled eggs, beef strips, and the remaining 2 tablespoons of soy sauce to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until everything is heated through and well combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve hot.
