Recipe type: Condiment
Cuisine: Condiment
Serves: 2 Tbsp
  • 1 tbsp Dry Mustard Powder
  • 1 tsp Water - Municipal
  • 1 tsp White Wine Vinegar (or half white wine half white vinegar)
  • 1 tbsp(s) Mayonnaise
  • Pinch sugar
  1. Mix all ingredients well
~ Mayonnaise is preferred. If you do not have mayonnaise you can use heavy cream but I would only use this as an ingredient for a larger recipe.
~ For Chinese Mustard for dipping, drizzle a little sesame oil into the Dijon Mustard & mix well.
