Balsamic Salmon Dressing

This rich punchy balsamic glaze goes great on the salmon and the side salad!

Serves: 4 serves
  • Balsamic Glaze
  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup white wine
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 cloves garlic (finely chopped or minced garlic alturnative)

  • Salmon
  • 4 6oz Salmon Fillet
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Balsamic Glaze
  2. Combine vinegar, wine, honey, mustard and the garlic.
  3. Heat mixture over medium heat and bring to a boil
  4. Then reduce heat and simmer until sauce has thickened.

  5. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  6. Crispy Skin Salmon
  7. Preheat pan
  8. Mix red pepper flakes with olive oil
  9. Coat salmon in oil mix
  10. Cook for 6 minutes skin side down
  11. Turn over cook for additional 1 minute
  12. Season both sides with salt and pepper during cooking

  13. Skinless Salmon
  14. Sear one side then the other evenly
  15. Approximately 6-7 minutes total cook time for both sides
~ I like to drizzle this over the side salad as well as the salmon
~ If you do not have Djion mustard try this substitute recipie
~ Nutritional values will change based on ingredients used
