Delicious crispy salmon skin chips! Are you the only one in the family who likes the skin, keep it for yourself and try this.
Serves: 1 serve
  • 4 slices salmon skin
  • salt and pepper
  1. Slice salmon skin into strips (approximately 2in x 3in)
  2. Season to your own taste.
  3. Place slices in a grill where the oil can drain off.
  4. Cook until crispy.
~ You can prepare this in a fry pan. Once crispy remove skin to a paper towel to dry.
~ Leaving the crispy skin in oil as it cools makes the skin soggy.
