White chocolate and macadamia nuts go together perfectly for that creamy crunchy flavor! Modified to lower the sugar while remaining a sweet treat.

Ingredients
  • 7.25 oz Ghirardelli - White chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Butter (softened)
  • 1 cup Sugar (granulated)
  • 1 cup Brown sugar (packed)
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1.5 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 3 cups White flour
  • 0.5 tsp Baking soda
  • 0.75 cup Macadamia cuts (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
  2. Cream butter and sugars.
  3. Add vanilla and eggs and beat well.
  4. Blend in flour, baking soda and salt.
  5. Lastly, add white chocolate chips and nuts.
  6. Roll into balls and space evenly onto greased or non stick cooking tray.
  7. Bake for 12 minutes.
