Salmon and Spinach Fettuccine Alfredo

Fresh crispy skin salmon fillet perched on a bed of creamy alfredo, spinach and fettuccine.

  • 4 6oz fillet of salmon (skin on)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach rough sliced
  • 1 9oz packet fettuccine pasta
  • 1 15oz jar alfredo sauce (light)
  • 1 tbsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
  1. Pasta
  2. Cook as instructed on packet
  3. Slice fresh spinach
  4. Drain pasta thoroughly
  5. Add sauce and spinach then simmer until warm

  6. Salmon
  7. Preheat pan
  8. Mix red pepper flakes with olive oil
  9. Coat salmon in oil mix
  10. Cook for 6 minutes skin side down
  11. Turn over cook for additional 1 minute
  12. Season both sides with salt and pepper during cooking
Cooking times may vary for salmon with skin removed
Time salmon for when pasta will be ready to serve
To keep skin crispy do not leave skin in oil once cooked
