Grilled Angus beef hot dog in a fresh soft bun with mustard sauce and cheese!

  • Fresh Hot Dog Buns
  • Angus Beef Franks or Sausages
  • Grated Cheese
  • Tomato Ketchup (or Tomato Sauce for Australia and New Zealand)
  • Yellow Mustard
  • Butter
  1. Grill Franks
  2. Lightly butter the buns
  3. Add layer of Cheese, Tomato Ketchup and Mustard before adding the frank
  4. Close bun around frank and leave for a minute to warm butter sauce and cheese
~ Alternatively you could warm buns briefly in the microwave.
~ Applying butter sauce and cheese at bun level helps moisten and soften the bun. ~ Using a zig-zag pattern spreads the sauce and mustard more evenly
